Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print directly from your browser.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original Deployed packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
